Moisture coming from grout between tiles 6/13/2012

Daniel was prompt and very attentive to my concerns regarding my tile flooring issue. It turns out that maybe there is some other reason as to why the "leaking" is happening. I'm going to observe the said areas over time and if the problem continues, then I will definitely have Daniel return to further assess the problem. I would recommend him for future work - very professional. more

good job 12/4/2009

"This summer, I hired Daniel Watts, owner of D&W Construction and Drafting Services, to design and build a small deck onto the second floor of my loft-style condo in the Rice Military subdivision near Memorial Park in Houston, TX. I wanted an outdoor deck that would not only add some functionality for the purposes of relaxing and entertaining, but would also visually compliment the contemporary high tech” style of the corrugated aluminum façade of the home. Once he saw the style of my home, Daniel showed me examples of prior remodeling jobs that he had completed and immediately began to sketch some designs that he was able to refine and draft through a software program. His proposals to me and, subsequently, to an engineering firm to obtain the proper building permit, were professional. Upon securing necessary approval of plans and a permit from the City of Houston, he set to work selecting and purchasing materials and hired a small crew of capable workers. Throughout the construction, he made certain that the work area, his tools, and materials were protected and not hazardous for residents of or guests to the home. If there happened to be a problem here or there, or a minor change needed to be made, he was conscientious in taking care of these things in a timely manner to my satisfaction. Indeed, I would highly recommend contracting with Daniel Watts for the purpose of construction to improve and enhance the design of a residence or a business. He presents himself in a professional manner and seeks to please customers through to the end." more
