I purchased a few items for my son but when I went to the check out line the sales clerk was beyond surly. First, I could not get anyone to ring up my purchases and than when I went to one register the surly clerk said it was closed without even telling me she was going to open another one. Since the other clerk was preoccupied she took my business at another register. She never said "Thank You for shopping etc" and basically grunted her way through the whole transaction. She hardly acknowledged my presence and when the sale was complete she did not even hand me my purchases. I contemplated just leaving everything and not completing my purchase. I thought I could rate her if the receipt had a "how are we doing?" survey at the end but my receipt did not have one. This must have been by design. Stay away from this store because the discounts are not really worth it. The same items that are worth the money go on sale at Nordstroms and there they train the clerks in much better manners. more
