Nice enough to board up our door on a friday night after a break-in. Good start. 3 weeks goes by with no movement forward on getting a replacement. After much confusion between Caplan and their supplier, we ended up buying from the supplier, who indicated Caplan shouldnt do that kind of work. Caplan then calls us to rudely demand payment for the boarding up, for which we had never been invoiced. They demanded payment on the phone and refused to send an invoice. Awful treatment of customers.
