Dr. Madden is HORRIBLE. I made an appointment for my dog and when I arrived was told she was running about 20 minutes behind. I waited 55 minutes before being seen for a total of a 5 minute lookover. She then proceeded to be verbally abusive, abrasive, and downright rude to me - she even went so far to say I was "pathetic" and was upset that my large dog didn't have a "man" to bark orders at him. Dr. Madden then charged me for a full office visit, despite being so late and unprofessional. I am a business professional myself and I would NEVER make a client wait 50 minutes, belittle them, and then charge them for my full "service." I will never go back to this clinic to see her again. That being said, I did have a good experience with the male vet there. It is so unfortunate he has such an unpleasant business partner who gives Scattercreek a bad name.
