Very Poor Customer Service 5/6/2012

Last year I purchased a tree and paid to have them install it but they planted it crooked. I stopped in the shop a couple of weeks ago, waited 15 minutes while being ignored by the person behind the counter only to have her take my name and number and assure me someone would call. After two weeks when no one called I stopped again and a rather rude person took my name and number again. Today Kathy called to tell me they could fix their mistake but I would have to pay for it. Evidentially I didn't call soon enough (I wasn't told when I bought the tree that there was a time limit on service) and apparently trees can move themselves into crooked positions and the new owners should have to pay (a second time) to fix. You might as well buy the same tree for a lot less money at Steins that way you won't expect any customer service. By the way, did I mention that I have been a very good customer of Breezy Hill, having them do extensive and expensive work at my house? As I said earlier...Very Poor Customer Service!!! more
