Breezy Hill Nursery

Bought black cherry tree in fall and followed all the directions on tag and what the nursery told us to do. The tree did not survive the winter But 33 very scrawny black cherry trees from Home Depot Did survive. Breezy Hill said they do not warranty fruit trees. We are Out $50. Home Depot does waranty all trees for 1 year and their trees are only $20! more

Last year I purchased a tree and paid to have them install it but they planted it crooked. I stopped in the shop a couple of weeks ago, waited 15 minutes while being ignored by the person behind the counter only to have her take my name and number and assure me someone would call. After two weeks when no one called I stopped again and a rather rude person took my name and number again. Today Kathy called to tell me they could fix their mistake but I would have to pay for it. Evidentially I didn't call soon enough (I wasn't told when I bought the tree that there was a time limit on service) and apparently trees can move themselves into crooked positions and the new owners should have to pay (a second time) to fix. You might as well buy the same tree for a lot less money at Steins that way you won't expect any customer service. By the way, did I mention that I have been a very good customer of Breezy Hill, having them do extensive and expensive work at my house? As I said earlier...Very Poor Customer Service!!! more

Horrible customer service and poor quality plants. Breezy Hill did the design and landscaping for my home. They have had to replace plants several times when I take good care of my plants. The lawn maintenance is awful they make promises they never keep and its expensive they do not provide the services they promised. It was never once completed correctly. Avoid this nursery for any services you actually expect to receive in good faith it seems "we forgot" is always the answer for why the services were not completed as if that should be acceptable to a customer who is paying a high price for the service more

I've been picking up plants from Breezy Hill for years. They have a great selection of quality plant materials at affordable prices. more

I've been going to Breezy Hill Nursery for several years and just love the huge selection of locally grown trees and shrubs. Their perennial selection is very good. In the spring it is very busy and sometimes I have to wait longer to get help but that is to be expected at any garden center. more

About two years ago, I visited Breezy Hill Nursery, it's not far from my house, so I've been there several times. I've taken out of town guest there as well, we bought several items for Halloween decorations. On my last and what I deem as my final visit, I was interested in someone coming out to my home to estimate and give some idea of solving a drainage problem in my back yard.They took my name and address and said someone would be out soon. I waited about three weeks and visited the store again to inquire about this appointment. The clerk again took my name and said she would send someone out. A contractor showed up about four days later. He and I viewed the back yard and I explained the problem, he did not take notes and did not seem interested at all. He suggested installing some drain tile to get rid of the water. As he was leaving he said he would send me an estimate in the mail.............I never heard from him again. You would think BHN would have followed up at least......no call from them either. This seems to be a problem with business' these days, if your job is not over a couple of thousand dollars, they don't bother with you. They only seem interested in large jobs and contractor types. That's fine, but they shouldn't have a store front suggesting friendly help no matter how small or large the job is. I'll never buy another thing from them again, and I tell anyone who is thinking of using them this story. more

oodles for what you pick. You can spend hours looking through the rows of plants, trees and everything else you are looking for. It is a showplace, but the prices are very high and delivery prices are over the top. Employees are able to help your every need. Lots of parking available. more
