Its a shame that Haynes is allowed to conduct business in Virginia. They never deliver on their promises and the same old story " its on back order". The in-store staff are very unprofessional and rude. I have nothing good to say about them so I am finished with them forever. Pros: If you want to be lied to then go to Haynes Cons: If you want the runaround then go to Haynes.
