We signed a contract to build a home in November 2009, hoping it would be completed within 9 months to 1 year. However, due to the builder "dragging his feet" there was a long unwarrented delay on his part extending the time to a period of over 2 years. In November 2011, we retained the law firm of Greenblatt & Agulnick. Their involvement in our case gave us the needed momentum with our builder. February, 2012 we moved in to our new home thanks to Greenblatt & Agulnick. Matthew handled our closing very professionally, smoothly, assertively, accomplishing all that was needed.
