Finally we are in our HOME! 2/25/2012

We signed a contract to build a home in November 2009, hoping it would be completed within 9 months to 1 year. However, due to the builder "dragging his feet" there was a long unwarrented delay on his part extending the time to a period of over 2 years. In November 2011, we retained the law firm of Greenblatt & Agulnick. Their involvement in our case gave us the needed momentum with our builder. February, 2012 we moved in to our new home thanks to Greenblatt & Agulnick. Matthew handled our closing very professionally, smoothly, assertively, accomplishing all that was needed. The Best Damn Lawyer Ever 5/11/2011

Good: Scott's tireless efforts and diligence have afforded us the luxury of a good night's sleep. With all we have been through these past four months, losing everything but the clothes we were wearing to a fire, I was beginning to think that was impossible. Yesterday was the best day this family has seen in a long time! Directly as a result of the relentless work Scott Agulnick put forth for us. Never once did he complain with my neverending string of emails, questions and calls. He was always patient, forth. Bad: Nothing. Improvements: None. more

Denied Claim was Paid! 9/15/2010

I had to say thanks again. After 6 months of a denied fire claim, Scott Agulnick came in and I now have a check in my hand. I highly recommend Scott for denied insurance claim cases. more
