My Home warranty company dropped them. They came out three times, couldn't fix the washing machine, but rather than say this to my home warranty company, they wrote a fraudulent report saying that the machine was damaged from misuse. When both I and my home warranty tried to question this report Factory Service Appliance Repair never replied. Sears was sent out and reported that the machine had a failed computer, among other things, none of which had to do with misuse. Beware of good reviews on this site, I believe they were written by employees of the business. Alex, who wrote a glowing review, is the name of the manager! Better Business Bureau grade is F. Do Not Let Them In Your House.
