Absolute worst service company I ever dealt with. 11/26/2012

My Home warranty company dropped them. They came out three times, couldn't fix the washing machine, but rather than say this to my home warranty company, they wrote a fraudulent report saying that the machine was damaged from misuse. When both I and my home warranty tried to question this report Factory Service Appliance Repair never replied. Sears was sent out and reported that the machine had a failed computer, among other things, none of which had to do with misuse. Beware of good reviews on this site, I believe they were written by employees of the business. Alex, who wrote a glowing review, is the name of the manager! Better Business Bureau grade is F. Do Not Let Them In Your House. more

It works! It works! It actually works! Since the installation of the new damper assembly our 1 1/2 year old refrigerator is actually working as it was designed to. Thank you for your diligence in this difficult repair and not giving up like the other companies did. Take care. more
