The office staff is absolutely horrible. They are rude when you come in for an appointment and trying to call when you have a question or a problem is an absolute joke. Even If you call the office early in the morning with a problem or a question don't plan on getting a call back until that later that night, the next day or even a few days later. They always say you will get a call with in the next hour or if you call back they tell you a nurse will get back to you by the end of the day because they have to complete all of their call backs before they leave. Which is a lie especially when they call you back days later. I have nothing but great things to say about my doctor I just wish they would get better staff. The doctors office staff is suppose to be there to help you, not to be rude and act like their patients are an inconvenience.
