i've never felt more mistreated as a patient than at this office. Terrible patient care provided by the office staff. I was treated like a criminal for questioning their billing practices when they tried to force me to prepay my deductible and delivery services. Doctors were great, but office staff was rude and nasty. more

Every time we go there they tell us our insurance didn't pay for something from our previous appointment.if we need to make an appointment we have to pay a balance from years back so we pay with credit card or cash and we have trust in them so we reluctantly pay so we can see our favorite doctor but this time they fooled us into making us pay again,but this time they deny us the appointment claiming we signed off on a release which we adamantly deny.Bottom line take your money and insurance elsewhere these people don't deserve our hard earned loyalty we gave them. more

The office staff is absolutely horrible. They are rude when you come in for an appointment and trying to call when you have a question or a problem is an absolute joke. Even If you call the office early in the morning with a problem or a question don't plan on getting a call back until that later that night, the next day or even a few days later. They always say you will get a call with in the next hour or if you call back they tell you a nurse will get back to you by the end of the day because they have to complete all of their call backs before they leave. Which is a lie especially when they call you back days later. I have nothing but great things to say about my doctor I just wish they would get better staff. The doctors office staff is suppose to be there to help you, not to be rude and act like their patients are an inconvenience. more

I really felt mistreated by the staff at OBGYN Associated in Orchard Park. They built a new facility but brought their incompetent staff with them. Dr Sanfilippo and the Midwife Kelly are very nice and made me feel comfortable through my pregnancy. Now that I am not pregnant anymore I will never go there again. There is nothing worse than being treated poorly at a dr. office. Very unprofessional. more

I used this group when we had our son in 2001. My doctor Dr. Sanfillipo was WONDERFUL! She went above and beyond the call of duty as a doctor. She was very patient and caring and sympathetic to my needs. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor. However the office staff here left me with a very bad taste in my mouth. They were rude and unorganized. I highly recommend this group but go to the Lancaster office instead. more
