My family has always used ARS for all our service needs. Lately, we have had an imbalance of airflow and temperature in our house. ARS sent someone out immediately and I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of Jasand. He was very helpful in explaining the problem and went to work immediately and solved all our issues. He explained some repair/service work we will need in the future based on what he saw in our attic. He explained everything to me in detail, but didn't "push a sale' on me.
I most important thing about the service call today was that Jasand saw that we have small children and when I explained that it was the nursery where all the fridgid air goes, he was very compassionate and really took an interest to help my children be more comfortable.
I will always continue to use ARS and I will always be delighted if Jasand shows up at my door. Wonderful company and excellent customer service!
