Melody and Kristen are the most unprofessional people that I have ever met. They only want your money. My child was constantly sick and a previous employee informed me that my child was left all day crying and that the staff didn't want to deal with my child because so much attention was needed. They also made inappropriate comments about my child not being bathed and my child smelling. The cattiness that went on in that "learning center" was unreal. Everyday there was a dramatic occurrence. One day I called to check up on my child and someone answered the phone screaming, which scared me. Jade is only there because she has a daughter there and sits with her daughter all day, ignoring other children. I would strongly advise people to stay away. They don't even treat their underpaid staff well, what makes you think they will care about your child? When you walk in after you pay for the month, no one even bothers to say good morning. It's a shame that its a really nice place with such disgusting staff working there. My child was constantly sick too. There is a doctors office in the building which is probably the reason that so many children in there are sick. I'm so disgusted with this place and the people working there.
