I was with Dr. Montanarella since I was 18 years old. At first when it was just yearly check-ups, I had no problems. Everything went smooth. However, now that they found out that I have Hypothyroidism and has to get blood samples & more frequent check-ups, they have been very rude & acting as if I'm not worth the time. They have cancelled on me 4 times the morning of the appt because the Dr had to go somewhere else... and they discharged me because I "missed too many appointments". I couldn't believe my ears when they told me that over the phone AND to top it all off they CHARGED me for those 4 times of no being at the appt that THEY cancelled. You discharge me & want my money? Unacceptable. There are way better Drs out that and this one doesn't deserve my business.
