Very dissapointed in Art Van. Bought a mattress from them several years ago. Is a Sealy product and was supposed to be their premier product. Five years later the mattress structure has failed. Went to the 28th store twice over a month and a half and each time they said someone would contact us and look at the mattress. They acknowledged the problem has occured on other like mattresses. Grew weary of driving over there and called them on the third attempt. Got tossed around in their "customer service jungle". Finally get a service person out here who in my opinion was as arrogant as their customer service phone people are. While he's inspecting the mattress, he's giving me reasons that these warranty are void. So I expected them to tell us the warranty was void and there would be no credit or replacement. Yup; just what happened. We cannot sleep on the bed so we are going to purchase another mattress in a couple of weeks. We can assure you that we WILL NOT be buying again from Art Van. We give this customer service experience a solid F.
