Good: The house i rented through Beka was very nice.. Bad: Beka management did not respond quickly to multiple issues with and house and left me doing most of the leg work with the issues i had. I contacted them about issues with the AC in the house over a year ago and it is still not fixed. They also did not communicate with the land owner well. We were contacted by him and he was completely oblivious to the problems we were having.. Improvements: Beka managamenet needs to respond to issues there customers are having in a reasonable time. I am not asking for the same day, maybe the same week? Or the same month? But a year later is not good enough.. Other: I would never rent from Beka again nor would i allow them to manage my rental properties..
