This company installed 3 sets of Vertical Blinds in my home. After approx 2-1/2 yrs, one of the blinds is coming away from the wall. When I called them, they said well, it's been almost 3-yrs. If the initial install was done correctly, this should not happen in such a short period of time, and this is not just a simple task of tightening up the screws. If I wanted them to fix it, it would cost me $65. I will not use them again, and I certainly will not recommend them to anyone.
