This company installed 3 sets of Vertical Blinds in my home. After approx 2-1/2 yrs, one of the blinds is coming away from the wall. When I called them, they said well, it's been almost 3-yrs. If the initial install was done correctly, this should not happen in such a short period of time, and this is not just a simple task of tightening up the screws. If I wanted them to fix it, it would cost me $65. I will not use them again, and I certainly will not recommend them to anyone. more

All the window treatments in my house was purchased through this company. The sales people were really nice all throughout the buying process but once the drapes were installed and the check cashed they became a bit nasty. I had stopped my final payment after installation because the installer left all the boxes that housed the blinds and material garbage on my front grass area. He arrived in a van so he very well could have taken the garbage with him. It was only the beginning of the week so was I supposed to leave all those boxes outside for 4 days before it was garbage day? When I called the company all they could say to me was that was their usual process of leaving the boxes there and they acted as if I was asking the world of them. When I told them I had stopped the check they just replied " well isnt that embarrassing for you?" I still to this day do not understand what that meant. Eventually, the installer came back and packed up the garbage and boxes into his van and drove away and I did my part and cleared the check. I would not deal with this company ever again. more
