I have purchased at this dealer and at another Walser dealer. In each case, I did my research and decided the price I wanted for my trade. They do a "no haggle" approach for trades as well as sales. In one case they came within $30 of what I thought was fair and in the other case they came in $200 over what I was hoping for.
I love the no-pressure no-haggle approach. I also really like the waiting area for service. I know this sounds odd, but it makes a difference to have a kids play room, coffee, internet etc. I haven't had service beyond oil changes yet, but so far, so good on that.
