We just visited Amelia Island. We chose Jack and Diane's because they had outside seating and we had Bubbles the dog with us in her crate. We both agreed that the tomato bisque soup was the best we'd ever tasted. I had jambalaya that was really, really good. My husband had a pork dish that he raved about. The staff was very friendly--of course Bubbles is kind of a magnet. Service was quick and efficient. I can't believe the bad reviews because our experience was the total opposite. We plan to eat there the next time we visit.
