In an office this large, I expected a more efficient system. There was one receptionist to handle patients and paperwork for eight doctors. I waited thirty minutes just to get paperwork to fill out. I then waited another thirty-five to see the doctor. After waiting 65 minutes, the doctor came in and spent spent less than five minutes with me. I was unimpressed by his demeanor, and I did not feel he was especially knowledgeable. Based on this visit, I have decided to go to another ENT. I am just not comfortable choosing this organization for any type of procedure.
