Very Average Practice 7/7/2011

The physician I met with did not spend the time needed to address my concerns. I waited in the office for roughly an hour before I ever met with the physician, then he spent roughly five minutes with me. The best thing I can say about this practice is that the receptionist was pleasant. Nonetheless, the office is poorly managed. Paperwok is not printed in advance of the patient's arrival, it is printed after the patient arrives. Obviously this leads to long delays. Excluding the receptionist, the rest of the staff members I encountered did not seem happy to be there and were not very polite. I left quite disappointed, as I expected more from this organization. more

Less than impressed 7/6/2011

In an office this large, I expected a more efficient system. There was one receptionist to handle patients and paperwork for eight doctors. I waited thirty minutes just to get paperwork to fill out. I then waited another thirty-five to see the doctor. After waiting 65 minutes, the doctor came in and spent spent less than five minutes with me. I was unimpressed by his demeanor, and I did not feel he was especially knowledgeable. Based on this visit, I have decided to go to another ENT. I am just not comfortable choosing this organization for any type of procedure. more

These eight doctors are unsurpassed as being on the cutting edge of all the newest and news breaking techology. Dr. Ernster was voted the top ENT doctor in the United States. Their staff is friendly and helpful and always has a smile. They do their best to go above and beyond the regular call of duty to get you the best care possible. Even though the wait can be long at times, they are really worth it. Another nice feature is there is a surgery center downstairs when needed! They are conveniently located in the Audoban Medical Center at Union and Fillmore. more
