Good: I liked the atmosphere and the staff seems knowledgeable.. Bad: They told me they wouldn't use the email address I provided for their home delivery service to send me spam, but then a few months later they did exactly that, and were completely unresponsive when I asked them to remove me.. Improvements: Cheaper pet food, more selection, and 100% less lying about how they plan to use my personal information.. Other: I shop elsewhere now. I won't be going back..
