I was at the inspection in December, 2010. This inspector found several problems in the condo, all of which were subsequently repaired, before closing, at the seller's expense!! The inspection was very thorough and detailed. The Buyer has completely missed the point of the home inspection's purpose - to assess current condition and reimburse the buyer for any necessary repairs!!!
