I was at the inspection in December, 2010. This inspector found several problems in the condo, all of which were subsequently repaired, before closing, at the seller's expense!! The inspection was very thorough and detailed. The Buyer has completely missed the point of the home inspection's purpose - to assess current condition and reimburse the buyer for any necessary repairs!!! I would not recommend this inspector. I had my inspection done in December 2010. I was told the computer was not working and he could only provide me with a summary that day and that he would send me my full report in the mail. After more than 4 months of asking for this report I have not received it. I have been tempted to hire a lawyer, but as I am 7 months pregnant I don't have time for this kind of headache. I have even had difficulty getting him to respond to e-mails. In one e-mail he indicated that the full report is not important. Regardless, this is what I paid him for. Most recently he said he placed the report in the mail, but as I suspected, it has not shown up. I would hire another inspector and save yourself the headache. more
