I have 3 dogs from All Pets Club. They are my life, I treat them as if they were human at times. My experience with the store has been perfect. The staff has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I received phone calls to check up on my new puppies. They knew my dogs by names. I visit the store to get my supplies and bring my dogs into visit. I am amazed at how clean the store is and how well the animals are maintained. Hell, i never even see poop in the dog pens. All said, things do happen. People get colds, dogs get colds. Its part of life. Life is unpredictable.
Prochnikc, its sad to hear whats going on with your puppy but I find it very hard to believe that the store basically told you to go pound sand. I know with my puppies I had the right to return the dog in the first 20 days if there was anything wrong period. I actually had to read this in the warranty and sign that I accepted the responsibility. I am sure if you go back and read what you have signed and accepted you will see that you have the same exact rights. It appears that you have chosen to follow your own path and not the path that you agreed to upon purchasing the dog. Then it seems that you have to tell the world what a bad place All Pets Club is because you chose to do things all your way, but not the way you agreed upon with All Pets Club.
I really do hope your dog is doing better. You will not sway me and thousands of others to do our shopping elsewhere as we appreciate a good business and a great bunch of people.
