I'll have to admit, i always come i because Bob McCutcheon has worked on all my autos for many years, so I don't honestly know how all the other texts are. But, if they're as knowledgeable and pro as Bob, that good thins. Having said that, all the attendant services, taking in the car the way you do keeping me informed, having a comfortable lounge to wait or a shuttle... All that is food (Bob or not).
