I am writing to say how satisfied I am with the way my repair situation has been handled by Fred Martin Nissan. On Sunday afternoon, I was able to conveniently drop my car off in the lot, fill out a quick explanation ticket, put the keys into a provided envelope and slip them into the drop box. I was promptly contacted at 8:00am the next day. I explained my issue to the service representative and by the afternoon I was contacted again. I was told which parts were in need of being replaced and that they would be over-nighted to Nissan so that they could complete the repairs as soon as possible. It was also explained to me that the parts were covered under my Security Plus Coverage so I did not have to worry about an expensive repair. On a scale from 0-10, I would rate my experience a 10. To anyone who wonders whether it's worth purchasing an extended warranty for their pre-owned vehicle, my response is a resounding yes. To the service counter and the mechanics, thank you for taking care of me and my car. more

Polite and professional 6/15/2011

I'll have to admit, i always come i because Bob McCutcheon has worked on all my autos for many years, so I don't honestly know how all the other texts are. But, if they're as knowledgeable and pro as Bob, that good thins. Having said that, all the attendant services, taking in the car the way you do keeping me informed, having a comfortable lounge to wait or a shuttle... All that is food (Bob or not). Courteous staff 5/27/2011

I am writing to thank you and your excellent, courteous staff for making our Jeep purchase at your dealership an excellent experience. I wanted to personally thank Jack for his expertise in finance and for finding us that "gem" of a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Also, I'd like to recognize that Rhonda in Finance is a great asset to have on your staff. She really put an exclamation point on the end of our sale! I know the company Christmas party started that night at seven, and we didn't even leave your dealership until then, but your staff remained polite and courteous until the very end. That showed great dedication on their part. Also, thank Joe in Service for my vehicle maintenance history and Celina in Service for her persistence and patience with me! We will be back! more
