We described the car we wanted on the phone - it was waiting for us when we arrived. 2. A short drive confirmed it was the one we wanted. 3. The paperwork with the sales price, fees & resulting lease amount was alread on his desk. - A few adjustments and a dicision to make a down-payment got the monthly payments where we wanted them. 4. We spent about twenty minutes with the finance person finalizing the deal and signing papers. 5. We drove off the lot with our new car 2 1/2 hours from our arrival.
