Overall, I had a decent experience here with the pre-owned sales department. My sales guy, Bayron (pronounced Byron), was solid in his knowledge of the vehicle that I wanted to purchase. He was able to answer all my questions and showed me some cool stuff that I didn't even know about the car. more

Wade did an excellent job of showing my husband and me what the Toyota dealership had to offer. He answered our questions and helped us to make informed decisions regarding our choice. He gave us his full attention and we felt he made every effort to accommodate our needs. Wade's sales style was great - he's confident and assertive but not overly pushy and he worked well with us. I acknowledge that I am a difficult customer in that I know what I do and don't want with no compunction about expressing it, and I am the most skeptical person in the room when it comes to a sales pitch, but Wade adapted very well and was quite likeable, something I rarely state about a sales representative. He is to be commended for the speed at which he concluded this sale, and for the great customer care he showed in the process. Wade is a credit to the Toyota of Dallas Sales Team and earned our gratitude for an excellent overall experience! more

We have been buying and leasing Toyotas with Hardy Tadlock for 12 years. Our experience with him just keeps getting better, even when we think he could never beat his last performance. 1. We described the car we wanted on the phone - it was waiting for us when we arrived. 2. A short drive confirmed it was the one we wanted. 3. The paperwork with the sales price, fees & resulting lease amount was alread on his desk. - A few adjustments and a dicision to make a down-payment got the monthly payments where we wanted them. 4. We spent about twenty minutes with the finance person finalizing the deal and signing papers. 5. We drove off the lot with our new car 2 1/2 hours from our arrival. Thanks Hardy for another excellent new car experience. more

During my recent visit to your service center, the service advisor, Robert Garcia, was exemplary in his degree of professionalism and service. When I drove into the service drive I was greeted warmly, by name. He asked if I was back for the suspension repair I had postponed from 3 months ago. Although I was just getting an oil change, he also remembered that I had previously declined the ToD wheel rotation as I have Firestone tires. He is an exceptional young man and I will continue to bring my vehicles to your shop for service. more

I enjoyed the complete experience of buying my car, except for the 30 minute sales pitch for a warranty that was not administered by Toyota. I had no interest in and told the man (not our salesperson) that we were not interested. He kept persisting and trying to sell additional unwanted products. Only after getting angry was I allowed to finally see the finance man to close on the sale. Other than that one experience, it was all very good. more
