Good: Good selection of dresses. Bad: Ordered dresses 1/11/11 and it is now 6/4/11 Still no dresses!!! Wedding is in 3 weeks. James promised my daughter the dresses would be here 4/16/11, so all the bridesmaids could get fitted and the dresses altered before they went home for the summer. No one at the store has contacted me in 5 months!!! I've left a message everyday for the past 5 days and no one calls me back. I've requested a refund and I was told, "We don't have a return policy" to which I replied, "I DON'T HAVE AN DRESSES TO RETURN. Improvements: TRUTHFULNESS!! Someone call me and tell me what is going on, don't give clients the runaround!! Offer a refund, free alteration, free shipping or something. Ignoring a client who has paid over $1,000 for dresses shouldn't be treated like this.. Other: DO NOT BUY DRESSES FROM THIS STORE. The owner does not keep his promises, does not return phone calls. I've contacted my credit card company to help me get my money back. Also going to report to Better Business Bureau and State Attorney's office. more
