I am EXTREMELY picky and never stay in a hotel with less than 4 stars. Everything was perfect from start to finish.We also did the Royal Service Oceanfront service. The staff was FABULOUS. After arriving at the hotel, we were whisked off to the special room where Royal Service guests are checked in. We were offered champagne during this process (or any other drink that we desired). All restaurant reservations were made for us at that time. Then we were taken to our room. The room was very nice and the jacuzzi on the balcony was great. I could write for days about how nice our stay was but the fact that we just booked a December vacation at another Paradisus property in Cancun should tell all! Enjoy!!!
