Although I did not renew my lease (due to needing a larger home) I enjoyed the apartment and the management. On another note, because I needed a larger place to live in I turned to Kass Management to see if they had something available that would fit my needs. I had the pleasure of dealing with Kass for the last year and would love to continue with them. When you have a good apartment manager in Chicago you stick with them.
