I read the blogs which said that after you purchase the items, the people are rude. That is exactly what happened. I bought tile and it was delivered. The tile was not what I picked out. When I called, the woman screamed at me and said that I was crazy --that there was no other tile in the store like that one and I was wrong. I said, "OK, you probably are right, let me come back to the store just to see exactly where I thought the tile was located and that is what I chose." The next day I went in the store. She said, "the guy dropped off the wrong box. Here!" She never said sorry or thank you. I had to return for more tile. She was again rude and did not say thank you as she handed me my credit card back. I needed to buy an outlet cover. First she said it was $10, and then changed it to $16. I paid the price. At home depot, it's $10. I wonder if she jacked up the price because she decided that she didn't like me for some reason. I will not recommend this place, nor go back.
