Purchasing anything, even one small item, in this store takes a minimum of half an hour. The amount of paperwork is mind boggling. The printers used by the sales staff is way at the back of the store. Why they don't have a printer right up front I cannot fathom. The staff are sooo fake "friendly", are they robots or are in fear of their jobs if they don't mouth the platitudes they spew? As for their manager!!! Talk about being on a power trip and totally in love with herself.
