I went in to get some help with a mobility device and could not have met a more helpful and downright generous group of people. I had done a lot of legwork (pardon the pun) and had been to several different businesses looking for what I needed; the people at Care Medical understood me and assisted me far above the call of duty. more

Irritated by their systems 5/24/2011

Purchasing anything, even one small item, in this store takes a minimum of half an hour. The amount of paperwork is mind boggling. The printers used by the sales staff is way at the back of the store. Why they don't have a printer right up front I cannot fathom. The staff are sooo fake "friendly", are they robots or are in fear of their jobs if they don't mouth the platitudes they spew? As for their manager!!! Talk about being on a power trip and totally in love with herself. more

nicest people on the face of the planet. 7/4/2006

i went in here to pick up some crutches for my wife who had sprained her ankle. every single person in the place had a good attitude. i had interaction with about 5 people and they were all happy to be there, helping people out. they had what i needed and took care of all the insurance stuff. they all treated me with respect and welcomed me with a warm smile. more
