Horrible attitude! They have a good selection and nice tile but are understaffed and very unprofessional! They lied about the delivery date and delayed my kitchen by 4 days. They could have cared less and offered no apology. Not a big deal to them, but we were living in a mess. We asked to return a box of unopened tile 3 wks. after purchasing and were told they have a 14 day return policy. We expected a restocking fee but not such a short return policy. Would not do business with them again!
