All of the Doctors are top notch, however if you need to call them for an RX refill, question, and sometimes even to set up an appointment, good luck if you get their respective voicemail.
If you talk to anyone "live", you are good. However if you leave a voicemail, be prepared to keep calling back over the next few days until you get a live person, as the chances of your voicemail being returned are nil.
This is not an isolated incident, but more of a pattern as it has happened 3 times over the past 6 months.
