All of the Doctors are top notch, however if you need to call them for an RX refill, question, and sometimes even to set up an appointment, good luck if you get their respective voicemail. If you talk to anyone "live", you are good. However if you leave a voicemail, be prepared to keep calling back over the next few days until you get a live person, as the chances of your voicemail being returned are nil. This is not an isolated incident, but more of a pattern as it has happened 3 times over the past 6 months. more

Her staff is very nice and helpful. Dr. galante is always late but listen your problems more

Dr. Brassloff is a great Dr, but his receptionist/ appointment staff, Kelly, is a rude and nasty person. She has no business working at a Dr's office or dealing with human beings. She should be fired. more

Dr. Steinberg is a doctor who listens but his wait time is in the pits. You are scheduled an appointment for 2:30 pm; you show at 2:00 pm and not seen by the nurse until 3:30 pm; he comes into the room @ 4:00 pm. You finally leave @ 4:30 pm. Wait time to see doctor 1 1/2 hours; total time in office 2 1/2 hours. This is just too long. The new office building looks like a free clinic with all the people seating around waiting more

Their phone lines are out for 6-hours? They don't have a competent answering service. They don't have e-mail. Are they remnants from the 1800's or is this modern medicine? more

Great group of professionals. The experience is gratifying from the moment you walk in; from the pleasant and welcoming attitude of the support staff to the professional courtesy and attention of the doctors and lab technicians. My experience is always a good one and I recommend this group to all my friends and family. more

I will confess to not being a "doctor person." There practically has to be blood flowing somewhere before I go to the doctor. However, I had to choose a doctor for insurance purposes, i.e. I chose the medical group closest to where I live in downtown West Palm Beach. My experience has been nothing but wonderful with this group. From my initial call to the desk to set up a "meet and greet" and to get the checkup underway. Very efficient, very nice and I got in pretty quickly. (This was not an emergency so a week or two was agreeable to me.) The paperwork was minimal and everything was clearly articulated. I then met Dr. Mark and must confess I was absolutely charmed by him. The first thing I noticed was he is a "listener." I then of course noticed his youth but I concluded he was a prodigy of sorts, i.e. his getting out of med school at an early age. My confidence soared and I like the fact a really smart guy is going to care for me. I did get the "lecture" on the evils of tobacco and I really am working on that. I need to make an appt. with him today since the blood pressure is rather high. I look forward to seeing he and his staff again. more
