I bought in my vehicle on an allstate claim. You repaired my vehicle, I picked up the car and it was deader than a doornail. Problem was rectified, but I notified Allstate I was unhappy with that issue. I then found a small problem with the vehicle, I called and was advised to bring it in at my convenience, and it would only take about a half hour. I brought it down shortly thereafter. I was welcomed, and they took my car right it. The problem was fixed within ten minutes. I was also shown what the issue was that had to be fixed. I was very happy with this service. I did email Allstate again and advised them of this good service that I received from you and your staff, and that I was very pleased.
