This is our second Outlander from Cortese auto group scince 2007 and my wife and I have been very happy with the courteous service from Bob over the years.

Was able to service vehicle without an appointment. Had a nail in tire and didn't want to chance not having it fixed. Performed NYS Inspection, a recall notice, and oil change also. Bob has assisted us in the past with very courteous service. Would reccommend service here. more

I bought a new 2011 Dodge Charger and the sales staff was extremely helpful. They listened to what kind of vehicle I wanted and took the time to explain all the vehicles they had that I would enjoy. After test driving the new 2011 Dodge Charger, I knew that was the car I wanted. They did not try to pressure me to purchase it right away. They took the time to discuss whether buying or leasing the car would be right for me. The whole time I did not feel any pressure to byt something I didn't want. I also traded in a vehicle in which they gave me the best price. This dealership gave me $3000 more for my trade in than the next closest one. more

our salesman was dave hilner. he was very friendly and personable. i had called that morning inquiring about some jeeps i saw on your web. dave showed us some jeeps and although i was set against getting another black jeep, i took the 2008 liberty 4 a ride. it was so clean inside, rose smooth, had low mileage and the price was within my range. oh yea, and the slider roof was awesome!! dave answered all our questions and our overall experience was great. i will definitely recommend cortese to our family and friends. more

i was referred to cortese through a friend. I found my experience real easy. I spoke to the manager who listened to what I was looking for and what I needed as a husband and a dad of a growing family– then I was given a buying consultant who took that information and found me the perfect minivan. It was perfect! I got probably too much for my trade in considering the shape it was in…and I didn’t even test drive my new car…I just bought it…no joke…and I have been happy ever sense and have no regrets. When I took it back for my first check up for an inspection they threw in a free oil change…made me feel great. I will be buying again. And I like the fact that every now and then I just check back in on their website and see what they have….i don’t need to go anywhere. Thanks to everyone at cortese. I will be buying again…thanks more

I was very impressed 5/19/2011

Shane was very good and I was impressed with his manner. He did not waste any of my time (I had a series of appointments to keep.) He was honest with me and did not try to brush over any of my questions. He let me take it for a test drive even though it had not been dolled up or gone through the shop. I did not pursue the deal since the vehicle's ride was a little rough and there was rust on the trailgate and bed. I wanted to see what would be done concerning these. Also the price was more than I had budgeted and needed to discuss with my wife what additional funds we could utilize. Again I was very impressed with Shane and would not hesitate to work with him again. more

easy-going, no pressure manner 5/17/2011

I recently purchased a vehicle from your West Henrietta Road location. My daughter and I were promptly greeted by your sales staff, but in particular by Joe Provvidenze. Not only was he knowledgable and helpful, but he made us feel very comfortable with his easy-going, no pressure manner. In turn, Joe introduced us to Anna Moretti and explained our needs to her, offering suggestions of different vehiocles that may be a good fit. Again, we were immedietely at ease with Anna. it felt as if we had met up with old friends. Both Joe and Anna worked so patiently with us that evening and we were able to find a vehicle suitable for my daughter. You are so very fortunate to have Joe and Anne working for your comapny. I would have never imagine buying a car could be so stress and pressure free. I will highly recommend Cortese to anyone in need of a vehicle. and I will definitely be back for my own future care purchases because of Joe and Anna. more

Just a quick note to say thanks to you and especially Joe Provvidenza on my recent visit to Cortese. I brought my 2009 Challenger and Joe went our of his way to get everything I wanted done to the car, and make it look great. His professionalism is hard to find these days and greatly appreciated. Also, Steve in sales, Mike from the body shop, and Kay the detailer have been outstanding in their service and kindness. It's nice to have a group of guys I can trust and count on to give me excellent service. I wouldn't think twice about purchasing another vehicle from you and your dealership in the future. more

I was very happy with this service. 5/6/2011

I bought in my vehicle on an allstate claim. You repaired my vehicle, I picked up the car and it was deader than a doornail. Problem was rectified, but I notified Allstate I was unhappy with that issue. I then found a small problem with the vehicle, I called and was advised to bring it in at my convenience, and it would only take about a half hour. I brought it down shortly thereafter. I was welcomed, and they took my car right it. The problem was fixed within ten minutes. I was also shown what the issue was that had to be fixed. I was very happy with this service. I did email Allstate again and advised them of this good service that I received from you and your staff, and that I was very pleased. more

Cortese Auto Group was an absolute pleasure to do business with. The entire experience transformed my view of the car buying process. Every employee I worked with was well educated about the vehicle and had an explanation for any detail I was confused about. They were extremely straight forward and honest; I never once questioned the integrity of the process ...which really left a lasting impression on me.
