I just had my Mini repaired here and it was the best experience I've ever had at a service shop. The service was practically seamless: the woman handling the repair shop reservations was knowledgable and made me feel like my problem would be solved; I dropped off my car, they had a complementary car rental ready for me, there was no paperwork when dropping off the car, and everybody knew what they were doing. The staff was very friendly, very professional and well-trained in customer service. I was taken care of by Phil Gibson....a shout-out to him. Both my buying experience and service experience here has been outstanding.
