When the movers arrived at our home, they realized that their truck would not fit up our driveway. They worked with us; we ended up renting a 10' Uhaul and your movers loaded the 10' then took it to their truck and unloaded it. It added an extra 1 1/2 hours to our time, but the movers were very accommodating.
