this company charges out $300 an hour 700 to put some cheesy gerber faucet in almost 800 for a gerber toilet they probably pay 50$ for its not the technicians rather the gemmas themselves has been admitted to me that they instruct there employees to tell customers they need a new boiler rather than fix the problem when gem comes to your home do yourself a favor and get a second opinion u could be over paying or buying something you dont need
