My aunt needed a zone circulator for The boiler. They sold her a #%*+% Boiler ! The old boiler was only 6 years old. 300 dollars an hour . Poor work at a very expensive price. SAD.

$300 an hour 4/25/2011

this company charges out $300 an hour 700 to put some cheesy gerber faucet in almost 800 for a gerber toilet they probably pay 50$ for its not the technicians rather the gemmas themselves has been admitted to me that they instruct there employees to tell customers they need a new boiler rather than fix the problem when gem comes to your home do yourself a favor and get a second opinion u could be over paying or buying something you dont need more

I needed a small boiler replaced for my small ranch home one zone gem price 7500.00 the Local plumber 5000.00 total beware shop around more

"The good smelling plumbers"? Give me a break! I called and asked for an extimate to have my furnace cleaned last summer and they told me they don't do quotes but rather have to come out and give an estimate. Plus they had a traving fee to give an estimate. They rope you in by saying they will take the estimation fee off the bill (if you decide to go with them). I would never call GEM! more
