I was asked if I would be willing to share with you about how we felt about our recent experience with your store. In a world filled with so many negative experiences, its only fair to share a good one! Recently my husband and I visited your store and inquired about purchasing a pool for our family. Not knowing a thing about owning a pool or how to maintain one, we were greeted with very knowledgeable and friendly sales people. From the moment we entered your store we were never "pressured" to look at or buy anything. When we approached Mark Matthews, a sales associate, he was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We returned a week later to purchase our pool and we were treated the same as our first visit. And, when the installation process began we were very impressed with how smoothly everything went. Digging began on a Saturday morning and was completed before noon. The installation process began on the following Tuesday morning and was finished by noon on Wednesday. Bob Bomar, sales manager, even came to our home twice during this process. Everyone was so kind and willing to answer all questions we've had. We have been very pleased with our entire experience with your company and we thank you for making such a big purchase for our family so easy!!
