I called TWC as my TV service is out. They claim that they cannot get anyone out...simply too busy. I am most interested that I pay them nearly $200 a month for phone, interenet, and TV and they can't be bothered to try to speed up their service and will not/do not call back to give a rationale after I asked them to talk it over with their supervisors. Since they are a monopoly they apparently neither give a darn about customer service and know that they have their customers over the barrell so they don't staff adequately to take care of the work that is available in a timely manner. If I can find an alternative solution this will be the last time that I use TWC and will definitely take this up with Congress who needs to prompt more competition is this field. The current guys have gotten fat and lazy on their cushy deals with the government to keep competition at bay. more
