I called several weeks ago and was not able to solve my problem. The person I spoke with said they would flag my account and to call back in a couple of weeks if I was still having problems and she would send somone out to check it. I just called a few minutes ago and spoke with Tunisha and she solved the problem in less than a minute! You need more people like her. She was very plesant and knowledgeable. Thanks, Ed more

Not good for small businesses! We signed up for what we thought was a great deal! During installation the contractor (contracted by Time Warner) damaged our property. He created an even bigger problem when he tried to fix it. We spent over $2,000 fixing the problem. TWC barely wanted to give us credit on our accounts for the inconvenience nor have we been reimbursed for the expense of the damages. The rep just keeps redirecting us to the sub-contractor. I called TWC as my TV service is out. They claim that they cannot get anyone out...simply too busy. I am most interested that I pay them nearly $200 a month for phone, interenet, and TV and they can't be bothered to try to speed up their service and will not/do not call back to give a rationale after I asked them to talk it over with their supervisors. Since they are a monopoly they apparently neither give a darn about customer service and know that they have their customers over the barrell so they don't staff adequately to take care of the work that is available in a timely manner. If I can find an alternative solution this will be the last time that I use TWC and will definitely take this up with Congress who needs to prompt more competition is this field. The current guys have gotten fat and lazy on their cushy deals with the government to keep competition at bay. more

Time warner is who I usefor my internet service. The service is good, my internet is great...yay time warner. HOWEVER I'm not a TV watcher so I have chosen not to subscribe to their television services. This apparently irritates them, so they have decided to irritate the living hell out of me. I get a phone call once a week asking me if I would like digital cable, and a personal visit from a salesman at least every other week. I feel like they know I know their number, once Ive declined the service....30 times ,they should leave me alone. more
